Epic…. fails yet again: more GoW2 bugs

It’s interesting to see how many bugs you can put in one game, don’t they test the games before releasing them at all? The first Gears of war was full of bugs, but the second beats the first with astonishing numbers. So, what are the new bugs? First of all: two leaders in one team with guardian, and the second one is epic lag: you don’t start in the new round if you died in the last one. (read more…)

GoW2 ranked matchmaking glitch: 6vs4

Not only is the Gears of War 2 Matchmaking as slow as hell, but there’s also an opportunity to turn the matchmaking system to your advantage: 6vs4. That means, you are with a party of 6 against a random team who can only team up with 4 persons because your 6th party member is taking up the last slot. Here’s how I think you do it (only happened to me once, and it was a accident, so I couldn’t take a picture because the 6th player won’t appear in the player list and people always seem to scatter around the level, but I’ll describe it as good as I can and I’m quite sure that there were 6 players on my team). Gears of War 2 matchmaking sucks

I guess the title can’t be much clearer than it is: The matchmaking system of Gears of War 2 sucks. Not because the idea behind it is bad, in some points it’s really better than Halo’s matchmaking system (hooray for the players choice options), but it is so incredibly slow that you can forget really playing the game online. 10 Time Wasters

Because I’m totally out of inspiration, I’ll just post some content that’s pretty site related from my other blog, Internet Spotter. It’s a monthly topic called “Time Wasters of the month” and it consists of one open source game, one flash game, one downloadable free game, one browser based game and one paid game, so that means that there are 4 free games and one paid game in each post.
